Looking for experienced "B" Level Service Technicians to join our team. Offering $7,500 sign-on bonus. Diagnose and repair Honda vehicles. Must provide excellent customer service and adhere to standard procedures. 

• $56,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annually (Flat Rate)
• $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Experience Determined by Hiring Manager)
• Bonus is paid out over 10 months and continued employment is required

We offer Flexible Schedules That Fit Your Needs. Choose a 40-hour week or a 4/10 schedule, with premium pay on Saturdays. You pick the 3 or 4 days that work best for you. Enjoy complete control over your work hours.

• Example Saturday Schedule - Work Wednesday - Saturday and Off Sunday - Tuesday

Responsibilities

"B" - Technician:

• Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any set-backs to vehicle promise-time
• Be a productive member of your team in service shop
• Complete all repairs under the supervision of your team leader
• Enroll in accelerated expert-level training through OEM (No cost to you)

Qualifications

• Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
• Three ASE certifications are preferred for this position
• 3-4 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
• A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Honda Fairfield employees
