Performance Kings Honda is seeking Automotive Service Technicians for immediate hire. Performance Kings Honda is a high-volume, full service auto dealership located in Cincinnati, OH, on Fields Ertel Rd, right across from the Kings Auto Mall. We are currently hiring service technicians or service techs, to inspect, maintain, and repair cars at our dealership. We are interested in Automotive Service Techs with any experience level.

Compensation:

$34,000.00 - $110,000.00 annual pay*

$10,000.00 sign-on bonus potential**

• $10,000.00 - A-Technician / Master Technician
• $7,500.00 - B-Technician
• $5,000.00 - C-Technician
• $2,500.00 - Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

Automotive Service Tech responsibilities:

"A" - Technician / Master Technician:

• 5 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem- solving and repair experience as you mentor and teach Teammates while discussing problems with customers
• You will also need strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy
• 5 ASE certifications are preferred

"B" - Technician:

• At least 2-3 years of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience
• 3 ASE certifications are preferred for this position
• You’ll also need a high level of motivation, energy and a customer-focused attitude

"C" - Technician:

• Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
• 2 ASE certifications are preferred for this position
• 1-2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
• A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required

Maintenance Technician:

• Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
• 1-2 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
• A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required

Qualifications

Automotive Service Tech qualifications: 

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1-5 years experience as an Automotive Service Technician required
• Prefer 2-4 ASE Certifications but not required
• Drive-ability Diagnostics Experience is a big plus
• Completion of Honda PACT Program is a plus but not required
• Provide your own tools for this assignment
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Kings Honda employees
