Performance Toyota is seeking a Certified Automotive Technician for immediate hire!

We are seeking an experienced Toyota Service Tech with the ability to perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and automotive service on new and used vehicles.

Technician Hours:

• Monday - Friday 7 am to 5 pm
• Saturday 7 am to 3 pm
• Off on Sundays!

Technician Pay:

• $91,000.00 to $110,000.00 Annual Flat Rate Pay
• $10,000.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential*

Paid out over ten months. Continued employment needed. Subject to company financial pay policy.

Responsibilities

Toyota Service Technician:

• • • • Promptly diagnose and perform vehicle service and maintenance procedures.
      • Enroll in online technician classes to achieve and maintain Toyota OEM service and maintenance certifications.
      • Assist fellow technicians with vehicle repair orders when needed.
      • Attend virtual learning courses for updated Toyota OEM technology and innovation intel. 
      • Strong customer service skills are necessary.
      • Maintain an organized, and safe service bay and work area.
      • Continually communicate communication with your Toyota Service Advisor on open repair orders.
      • Work with Toyota factory engineers and OEM expert mechanics to provide stellar service and maintenance work on all vehicles.

Qualifications

Toyota Service Technician:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent credentials needed.
• 5 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic is preferrable.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• 5 to 8 ASE certifications, or dealership manufacturer equivalent credentials, is highly preferred.
• Auto Engine Performance & Drivability ASE (A8) is a plus, but not required!
• All employees must pass a drug screen on the date of hire.
