We're hiring Automotive Master Technicians with experience in Honda vehicles. Get a $10,000 sign-on bonus based on your skills. You should have excellent customer service skills, communicate effectively, and maintain a clean work environment. 

• $91,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annually (Flat Rate)
• $10,000.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Experience Determined by Hiring Manager)
• Bonus is paid out over 10 months and continued employment is required

We offer Flexible Schedules That Fit Your Needs. Choose a 40-hour week or a 4/10 schedule, with premium pay on Saturdays. You pick the 3 or 4 days that work best for you. Enjoy complete control over your work hours.

Responsibilities

Automotive Master Technician:

• Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
• Work in tandem with team leader to maximize hours turned
• Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
• Immediately report any set-backs to vehicle promise-time
• Be a productive member of your team in service shop
• Making yourself available for questions from less experienced technicians
• Automotive Master Technicians are leaders to all team members
• Staying up to date on new technology and attend OEM certification and update classes
• Work Directly with the engineers from the OEM factories

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 ASE certifications are preferred for this position
• (A8) Auto Engine Performance & Divability ASE is a plus but not required
• Five or more years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
• A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Honda Fairfield employees
