Performance Ford Lincoln of Randolph is looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Assistant Service Manager.

A minimum of 1-2 years experience as an Automotive Dealership Assistant Service Manager.
Proven record of increasing sales and a strong customer service force.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers,
vendors, and staff.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation and energy.

Responsibilities

Build a loyal clientele, maintain good employee relationships, set, and obtain sales and profit objectives and maintain service records

Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local laws and regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc

Work directly with the Service Director.
