OVERVIEW:

We are hiring a Senior Analytics Consulting Manager for our Business Intelligence (BI) consulting practice. As a member of our business intelligence practice, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Performance Architects. This role requires hands-on expertise and participation in both business and technical analysis and solution development.

The ideal candidate MUST have strong expertise in utilizing the following technologies: Snowflake, Oracle databases, Fivetran, dbt, Windows scripting, and preferably Informatica Integration Cloud Services (IICS).

Experience in migrating Oracle data warehouses to Snowflake and establishing reporting capabilities during the transition phase are desired but not required. You will be instrumental in supporting our clients' needs, leading business requirements gathering and creating (and executing on) a technical design to support those requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required
• Two to five years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required
• Proper U.S. work authorization
• Some flexibility to travel (Monday – Thursday) during the work week, if required
• Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and training) preferred

SKILLS – BI FOCUS:

• Minimum five years of working development experience with Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), or Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
• Experience leading and mentoring teams required
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills required. Experience with designing and developing relational data models to support Business Intelligence reporting a plus.
• Working knowledge in MS Office required (MS Excel “power user” a plus)
• Working knowledge in Windows operating system required (Unix experience, a plus)
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand data requirements, architecture, and objectives
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using technologies like Snowflake, Oracle, Fivetran, dbt, and IICS
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business users, and IT teams, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to data engineering and analytics
