Overview

Our power washing Field Technicians act as the face of the Perfect Power Wash brand by interacting with our customers and completing their services.

To be successful in this role, you will complete an in-depth training process to ensure you have a firm grasp on our Perfect Process. Throughout your journey at PPW, you will be responsible for consistently following the Perfect Process and completing work safely and effectively. You will also be responsible for educating homeowners on the importance of maintaining their property and offering on-site recommendations for additional services. Throughout the season, you will have real time visibility of your performance so you can celebrate your wins and identify where the Leadership Team can help nurture your growth.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand and execute PPW’s Perfect Process at every home or business serviced
• Wow the client with the highest level of customer service at every job
• Educate homeowners on the importance of property maintenance and how to protect their greatest investment
• Offer on-site recommendations for additional services

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Comfortable driving a box truck
• Strong communication skills
• Availability to work overtime
