Overview:
We are seeking a Pool Technician to join our team. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in proper working condition. The most important skill for this role is customer service. Applicants need to have a safe reliable truck to carry pool cleaning chemicals and equipment. Service area is Windward/East Oahu

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on pools, including cleaning, vacuuming, and skimming
- Test water quality and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Inspect pool equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Report any mechanical problems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Skills:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance is not required
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve pool-related problems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
