- Providing strategic leadership to property managers and staff.
- Overseeing financial performance and budgeting for the region.
- Implementing leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family property management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of property operations, financial analysis, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
