The Regional Recruiter will be responsible for hiring top talent, building, and sustaining solid relationships with hiring managers, and fulfilling all talent acquisition needs by managing the full life cycle recruiting process in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
This position will support the Central to West Region. The ideal candidate must sit within the region and live within reasonable distance to a large airport.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent related work experience. Previous experience in a recruiting role supporting production or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional plant visits. This may include wearing appropriate safety and protective equipment. While in the plant facility, you may be exposed to a variety of temperatures and loud noises.
