Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in the shop. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products or answering their questions

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling

- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor, ensuring products are properly displayed

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their purchases

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the shop

Experience:

Tee Sheet managment. Using Golf Now EZ365

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers

- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations

- Familiarity with product demos and the ability to effectively communicate product features

- Knowledge of retail math concepts such as profit margins, markups, and discounts is a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
