Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee and manage the entire tenant recertification process for affordable housing programs, ensuring compliance with HUD, Section 8, and tax credit regulations.

• Work closely with property management and compliance teams to identify and resolve any compliance issues or discrepancies swiftly.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 years of experience in recertification or compliance

• Prior Tax credit experience

• COS or TCS certification preferred

• Onesite experience is preferred
