Perches Funeral Homes - East location is looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Overall responsibilities are essential. Office Assistants are responsible for things like:

• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Maintaining files in order.
• Welcoming visitors to Funeral Home
• Answering phone calls
• Taking and delivering messages
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
