Job Description:
Percheron is currently looking for a local Houston Texas Right of Way Acquisition Agent with experience in utilizing GIS software to work in-house with one of our clients.
Must be willing to work without per diem in Houston Texas on a 5-day work week.

• Serve as liaison with landowner/ tenant on ownership, easement rights, GIS mapping, damage claims, and access issues.
• Effectively use the Owner’s established policies, procedures, processes to perform work.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year Minimum Right of Way Acquisition experience (Electric Transmission experience a plus)
• Knowledge in GIS software
• Ability to plan and organize workload adjusts to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Ability to write a legal document
• Basic knowledge of settlement instruments, easements, releasing easements and contract terms.
• Solid understanding of Eminent Domain and the process
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (ie. Word and Excel.)
• Texas Notary
• Must be willing to work without per diem in Houston Texas on a 5-day workweek.
