A Perceptionist acts as an extension of our client’s businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Our team members work in a fast-paced technology-rich environment and become experts in multiple industries.
We’re looking for team members with a passion for creating positive first impressions, and a desire to deliver personalized and helpful caller experiences, building trust and confidence in our business. We are currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Position. Must have your own computer to use at the beginning. We are based in the United States. We do not hire internationally at this time. This is a work-from-home position.

- Fosters a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence.
- Be able to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately utilizing active listening skills.
- Proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs.
- Understand the importance of attention to detail.
- Improves skills through practice.
- Applies new knowledge or skills quickly.
- Solves problems and takes advantage of opportunities without being asked.
- Enjoys working in a technical workplace.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required.
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals.
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus - Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman are a PLUS.
