* Provide full-service cradle to grave desktop management support across the enterprise.
* Provide both site specific and remote support of desktop services for the resolution of technical problems.
* Support software and hardware refreshes and associated trouble-shooting efforts
* Provide access management services
* Perform routine and preventative maintenance such as general computer tasks, backup/restore, application loads, disk utilization, system loading, and monitoring
* Detect, isolate, document, quickly report, and resolve system outages or problems encountered during operations of the operational system baseline
* Coordinate IT system installations, maintenance, and upgrades
* Implement and support incident and problem management
* BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
* Enterprise operations administration, including: remote desktop support, active directory, software installation, and incident response
* Good communication skills to effectively and accurately exchange information
* Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
* Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security CE)
* Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility

Colorado Salary Minimum: $48,600
Colorado Salary Maximum: $117,800
