Responsibilities Peraton is looking for a Digital Transformation Director who has experience scoping, executing, and scaling programs and projects supporting operations in Europe. This role will provide strategic, technical, and advisory guidance to government stakeholders and program staff. This position will be a key contributor supporting our team. Provides expertise in capturing and sharing knowledge across the organization in order to promote a cohesive, standardized experience for engineers, developers, program management, and customers. Promotes knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes, and leverages knowledge management technologies to ensure that information is discoverable, relevant, accessible, current, and accurate. Identify access control requirements for mission-critical information and propose solutions to provide or restrict access as required. Curates and catalogs information sources to support optimal utilization of information, traceability between related information artifacts, and archival of deprecated information. Promotes collaborative tools such as activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners. Works with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to identify and capitalize on opportunities to exploit data in novel, innovative ways. Provide support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting. Shares experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies. Help to monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities. Maintains communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations. Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs and with the company's or customers information infrastructure. Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization. May supervise more junior team members. Strong candidates will have strong configuration management skills and may have a background in or currently perform in a system engineering role. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI-eligible clearance Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines Demonstrated experience leading innovation, transformation, and organizational change management initiatives. Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and leading/managing service delivery and management for Enterprise capabilities. Experience maintaining information in tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or other content management systems, communication portals, or wiki-type systems Willingness to relocate to Germany Preferred Qualifications: Experience planning, developing, and implementing Digital Transformation initiatives and Agile frameworks such as SAFe / Scrum / Kanban An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification Experience with web content development frameworks such as Service Now, Power BI, or other similar tools Previous relevant military experience in EUCOM, AFRICOM, or Special Operations Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000.
