Peraton seeks a Cloud Solutions Engineer to support ARCYBER.

Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA0.

In this role, you will provide cloud engineering support to the data science team to conduct analytics for a specialized project.

Tasks include:

• Maintain an environment of several VMs on AWS
• Iterate with customers on requirements
• Maintain the containerized environment with an entry mechanism, a notebook environment (like JupyterHub), a script server, and persistence using AWS S3
• Maintain the network route and programmatically switch 

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS with 16 years of experience. 
• Requires experience in DevSecOps, IAC, K8S/Docker, AWS EC2/S3/IAM, networking, and routing
• Must have a working knowledge of POSIX Shell, BASH, and Python
• Must have knowledge and experience to build an environment composed of multiple VMs on AWS
• Effective communication to understand and iterate customer requirements
• Able to manage access
• Able to maintain a network route and programmatically switch for different data scraping tasks
• Active TS/SCI and Polygraph with the ability to obtain and maintain MEAD

Preferred, not required:

• AWS Professsional certification
• Cloud certification
