Overview
$ / hour Security Officers - Miller Parkway, West Milwaukee, WI
Per Mar Security is seeking highly qualified candidates for full and part-time Security Officer positions at one of Racine's premier companies.
The client is located in downtown Racine, just blocks from the lake.
Part-Time Shift
Wed-Fri : 0pm to pm
Sat : am to 5pm
Full -Time SHIFT
Mon - Tues : am to pm
Wed - Fri : 8am-0pm
Pay : $ / hour
Minimum Requirements :
- Must be years of age or older
- Must have previous security experience
- Must have current or renewable WI State Security License
- HS Diploma, GED, or HS Equivalency
- Must have computer skills
- Experience with CCTV monitioring
- Must be hyper aware of surroundings
- Ability to respond quickly with good judgement
- Experience writing reports
- Must be able to perform walking tours
- Must be able to standing % of shift
- Must pass on-site drug test and background check at time of hire

Objectives :
- Ensure a safe environment for customers and employees with active patroling and monitoring of the campus and a strong professional appearance and attitude
- Safeguard personnel, company assets, customers and visitors
- Respond immediately and appropriately to incidents as they arise
- Collaborate with on-site team and management, and with Per Mar supervisors
Responsibilities :
- Walking patrol of the building inside and outside to secure buildings, doors, gates, etc. regardless of weather conditions
- Monitor surveillance and access control equipment and perform inspections
- Complete daily reports as needed
- Secure building access points depending on shift
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced skills with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systems
- Experience in one of the following fields : SecurityLaw Enforcement / Political ScienceMilitaryCriminal Justice / CorrectionsMilitary / EMS

High School Diploma / GED
