Overview

Main Purpose 

• Lead the financial process for both BU and Thailand Foods FP&A, working together with commercial/category finance and supply chain finance for closing rolling forecast, AOP (including ZBB) and SDD
• Supprt performance of the entire business through detailed financial analysis to enable strategic decision making
• Digitization and automation of analysis and processes

Responsibilities

For both Thailand Foods and BU:

• Lead the preparation of Monthly Closing and review of monthly performance of P&L and Cashflow and related sector submissions
• Lead the preparation of Monthly Rolling Forecast of P&L and Cash Flow and related sector submissions
• Lead the preparation of Monthly POR for discussion between ICF leadership team and sector
• Lead the overall Financial AOP preparation including ZBB
• Lead the review and updating of our long term algorithm for annual SDD process
• Lead the digital transformation of Indochina Foods Finance including working with GBS to provide automated financial analysis to enable strategic decision making
• Driving continued improvement in processes and analytics across the planning function

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the business and operations
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L and cash flow and underlying key business drivers
• Highly analytical mindset and ability to drive insight through financial and performance analysis
• Strong communication skills – both oral and written (PPT)
• Fluency in English
• Highly motivated to learn and develop and learn new skills (e.g. digital skills)
• Ability to independently drive finance / FP&A agenda in addition to supporting CFO and the overall business
• Ability to analyze and distil large amounts of data into simple key messages for senior management and the business using analytical skills and judgement
• Ability to work with and coach others
