SEASONAL- DAY SHIFT
$26.95 / hour
Provide support to Manufacturing Operations in both Liquids and Salt Department.
Operating responsibilities include: Box maker, print and apply label applicators, check weigher, case sealers, palletizer operation, floor and table scales, hand bag sealer, Dump Room Operation, Quality Verification Stations, and Forklift Driving
- staging and delivering , and other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Manager/Supervisor
Follow all applicable facility health, safety, and environmental requirements (e.g. PPE policy) and procedures for reporting incidents and/or injuries per the PepsiCo Employee Handbook, including having the authority to immediately address safety risks
Assist in continuous improvement of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GEHSMS programs and procedures though active participation in the near miss/good catch program

Responsible for maintaining a safe working condition by following, using, promoting, and enforcing all FDA, OSHA and EPA regulations, PepsiCo's GMP and safety rules, policies, and procedures as well as using his/her PPE or other safety equipment while performing any job.

Requirements:
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to drive a forklift and have forklift certification
Ability to work independently and without supervision
Detail orientated and ability to organize workload
Ability to operate machinery
Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts and overtime
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Self-driven to work and learn new skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for long periods of time (6 hours/day)
Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend, go up/down stairs and twist for long periods of time (6 hours/day)
Must have a positive work attitude
