Pepsi Bottling Ventures is based in NC, SC, MD, & DE.

Purpose of Job : Fully executes all CDA elements, builds and maintains professional relationships with all customers, provides training, as needed, for new hires, and maintains PBV merchandising standards.

Job Duties :

• Rotates and Merchandises product on gondolas, racks, coolers and displays
• Performs one-on-one selling with store owner / manager, including retail negotiating.
• Cleans and maintains shelves, gondola, coolers, and back room space.
• Performs proper product ordering to ensure zero out-of-stocks.
• Creates and utilizes point of sale signage.
• Executes all CDA elements.
• Communicates issues with Pre-Sell Manager and Key Account Manager.
• Follows company rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• One (1) year of experience in route sales preferred.
• Positive attitude and must be detail-oriented.
• Perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
• Work in a team environment.
• Meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.

Physical Requirements :

• Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and push / pull 300 2400 pound pallets with the assistance of a pallet jack.
• Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk.
• Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb and sit.
