Breakfast Service Associate (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Shifts Available:

Part-time: 5:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Full-time: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM (Includes additional cleaning responsibilities)

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Breakfast Service Associate, where you will play a crucial role in starting our guests' days on the right note. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve our daily complimentary breakfast, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenues.

Job Duties:

• Prepare breakfast items such as eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, waffle batter, and gravy.
• Maintain and stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.
• Arrange breakfast foods, including sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal, for self-service.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables promptly after guests depart.
• Address spills and maintain cleanliness throughout the breakfast area.
• Manage waste and sanitation, following city, county, and state regulations.
• Clean serving equipment and organize storage areas.
• Label and store reusable food supplies according to safety standards.
• Replenish food and supplies, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Conduct inventory checks and manage the ordering or purchasing of necessary supplies.
• Follow all health guidelines for food preparation, storage, and sanitation.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with prior experience in customer service.
• Ability to work extended hours as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Proficient in multitasking and maintaining high standards under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, able to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
