Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Construction Project Supervisor to oversee and manage our marine construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine construction, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise marine construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in marine construction.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
