Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting wild game, i.e. elk and deer. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products. Professional game cutting experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Use knives and other cutting equipment to trim, cut, and prepare meat products
- Ensure all meats are handled and stored properly to maintain freshness
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently
