Responsibilities
•Supervise the day-to-day operations of the property in Gainesville, FL, US, ensuring all rental facets are functioning correctly and maintaining vendor connections.
•Quickly arrange service and improvement contracts for tenants to ensure their satisfaction.
•Facilitate the conclusion of rental contracts with occupants through lease arrangements and the timely collection and refunding of security deposits for a smooth move-in and move-out process.
•Manage rent payments, financial obligations, and other tasks to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications
