Pepin Distributing Company’s team of Warehouse Order Selectors work in a fast-paced warehouse environment building orders on pallets to make sure our customers’ stores are fully stocked with our wide range of products.

Work Schedule: Full-time: Sunday 9 AM to 1 PM; Monday – Thursday 11 AM – 10 PM (or when work is complete)
Starting Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 earning potential depending on performance; $16 per hour starting (raises every 6 months) plus commissions for every case picked.
Top Performers: Within the first 1-2 years top performers can make over $70,000.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Using electric pallet jack and Warehouse Management System to build loads.
• Correctly hand stacking mixed pallets of product for sale to our customers.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment always and adheres to strict safe working practices, Company policies, rules, regulations, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to supervisor if not immediately correctable.
• Report obvious vehicular equipment malfunctions or safety problems to supervisor immediately.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of electric ride-on pallet jack experience
• Prefer one (1) year of directly related warehouse experience
• Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
• Regular and Punctual attendance per the Attendance Guidelines 

Physical Requirements

• Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
• Continuous standing and walking during shift
• Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack
• Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of various packages with weights up to 100 pounds
