```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto service management and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills. As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

```Duties```
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Schedule and assign work orders to technicians, ensuring efficient workflow
- Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions, including invoices, work orders, and customer information
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote additional services and upsell customers on maintenance packages
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, including oil changes, brake repairs, and diesel engine repairs
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role within a dealership or auto service center
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $63,335.03 - $85,027.13 per year
