Do you have an interest in providing excellent customer service in a concession/food service environment? "There's more to explore" in the Recreation Division as a Zoo Lodge Cashier And Concessionaire. Pay Rate: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour.

• Selling and preparing concession items accurately, safely and efficiently.
• Keeping concession areas clean, sanitary and "visitor friendly"
• Stocking and rotating concession items as needed; may include gift shop merchandise at satellite concession area.
• Attending to all customer needs/problems in a prompt & courteous manner.
• Checking messages and work schedule at start of shift.
• Opening registers and preparation of assigned area before concessions open to public.
• Closing out registers and other devices at the end of the business day and transferring money and appropriate paperwork to supervisor.
• Cleaning assigned area at end of business day to established standards.
• Assisting in the set-up for rental events as needed.
• Working rental events as needed and scheduled.
• Following all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Supporting all aspects of the Park District's safety program.
• Wearing proper designated uniform.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
