Job Details :

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay Rate : $18-22 / hr Based on Experience
• Employment Type : Contract to hire

Responsibilities : As a Medical Billing Representative, you'll be a crucial part of our team, responsible for :

• Exporting, importing, and submitting claims between systems
• Managing medical billing collections and follow-up processes
• Resolving insurance denials and addressing underpayments
• Reviewing medical claims and ensuring accuracy
• Identifying and resolving issues preventing claim resolution
• Accurate documentation and efficient data entry
• Verifying health insurance benefits for patients

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Understanding of CPT and ICD-10 codes is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience using EMR systems such as Epic / Navinet is advantageous
