Job Details for Maintenance Mechanic:
Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on experience.
Job Responsibilities & Description for Maintenance Mechanic:
Champion safety as our top priority.
Perform scheduled maintenance on production and packing equipment.
Handle emergency and unscheduled repairs.
Assist in setting up equipment for production runs.
Fabricate machine repair parts and safety guards as needed.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Job Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
Ability to read schematic diagrams and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical skills including welding, hydraulics, and machine operation.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Forklift certification preferred.
