Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Operate the press efficiently.
- Prepare for upcoming jobs.
- Ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Train assistants as needed.
- Perform job setups and changeovers.
- Maintain production and MRP reports.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain equipment and work area.
Requirements :
- Laminator operation skills.
- Proficient with hand tools.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Physical ability for bending, lifting, and climbing.
