Details for the Call Center Agent: 
  • Schedule: Full time! Negotiable (1 Weekend Day Weekly 1st and 2nd shift hours available Mon-Sun between 7am-11pm)
  • Pay Rate: $16.00/hour to start
  • Monthly bonuses available after an introductory period
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Call Center Agent: 
  • Handle incoming customer phone calls from current and potential customers
  • Update client accounts and schedule services for HVAC technicians
  • Provide technicians with well-detailed notes regarding the scheduled service
  • Assist with providing dispatching updates
  • Process payments, refunds, and low level escalations
  • Upsell specials/promotions to customers

  • Must be highly personable and outgoing
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be committed to providing top-notch service
