Job Details :

• Schedule : Must have open availability (Mon-Sun) from 8 : 00 am 11 : 00 pm EST, with different shifts assigned.
• Training : Paid training for the first 4 weeks, followed by on-the-job training in the 5th week.
• Contract Position : July- December.2024 -Possibility to stay Permanent
• Fully Remote : This is a fully remote sales and customer service position, handling inbound and outbound calls (warm leads only, no cold-calling).
• Full-time : 40 hours per week.
• Equipment Provided : We provide the necessary equipment for you to perform your duties effectively.

Ideal Candidate :

• Patient & Empathetic : Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Sales Oriented : Experience in sales, with a focus on educating customers about products.
• Great Active Listening Skills : Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

Job Responsibilities :

• Complete sales and enrollments for healthcare and life insurance policies.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with warm leads, no cold-calling.
• Identify new opportunities to increase product sales.

Job Requirements :

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 1 years of customer service / call center and sales experience.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Hardwired internet connection with 10MBPS download speed / 6MBPS upload speed.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania for state licensing.
