Peoples Real Estate is Hiring a Property Manager Near Auburn, WA

We are a family owned and operated full service real estate and property management company. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant working relationship with tenants and owners. Ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Property Manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling repairs, inspections, showings, receiving rent payments, filing, scanning and so much more. Previous experience as a property manager is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule & conduct tenant inspections
  • Arrange necessary repairs for work orders with owners approval
  • Coordinate and perform move in procedures for tenants
  • Serve notices
  • Fill out preprinted forms
  • Answer phones & take payments
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new property owners

Skills

  • Clean WA drivers license
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Familiarity with email and calendars
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

  • Rotating weekends

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
