Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Receives and responds to client questions in person, by telephone and email; responds to inquiries from employees, internal and external providers, and when necessary refers to the appropriate person or department.
-Provides administrative support, including drafting and typing memos, correspondence, forms and other materials to disseminate information or provide notification; answer phones; provides information regarding HR policies and procedures; screens, responds to, and distributes mail as appropriate.
-Obtains, compiles, organizes, prepares, and secures personnel records for digital storage and retrieval.
-Completes and distributes employment verification forms.
- Required to have prompt, regular attendance in-person and be available to work on-site, in-person during regular business hours and as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High school Diploma/GED AND Or some college classes.
-Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Suite.
-Works well independently and in a team setting.
- Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
-Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or flexible schedule during business hours.
