As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and transactions
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
- Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and maintain customer records
- Educate customers on various financial products and services offered
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, confidentiality, and compliance

Experience:
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is required
- Strong knowledge of cash management processes and cash register operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proficient in retail math calculations for accurate transaction processing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
