Required Education/Knowledge:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of experience in branch banking, retail sales or general customer service
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
