Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1.  Experience in CI/CD in larger on board software projects with hands on integration/delivery experience preferably in Aumotive Domain.
2. MUST: CI/CD for C /Linux development
3. Should have one of these : SW integration experience, Automotive, Large scale software development, Embedded, container based applications

Good-to-have

1. Good relevant experience of working in a Commodity Delivery and Software Engineering environment - ideally within the Automotive Sector
2. Model Based Language expertise (SysML)
3. Requirements Management (RM)
4. Good verbal and written communications
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Track record as an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
7. Relevant experience of system definition, system architecture development, requirements specification, design/performance modelling, systems integration, system assessment and acceptance
8. Full driving license
9. Working Experience of AGILE methods
10. Multiple Software Language skills (C, C , Python, Java, etc)
11. Experience in Automotive Engineering Delivery and in solving complex technical issues using a structured approach.
12. Experience in IBM Rational RTC and IBM Rational Rhapsody toolsets for requirements and issue tracking
13. Experience in IBM Rational DOORS
