Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a production facility in the Joplin, Mo area, is seeking assembly workers to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Production Operator Job Summary:
1. Pay: $15-17 an hour
2. Shifts Available:
1. 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
2. 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
3. 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
1. Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
2. Perform basic quality checks on finished product
3. Meet production goals
4. Adhere to proper production processes
5. Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines
6. Perform a variety of duties on rotating lines
Production Operator Qualifications:
1. Previous production experience is preferred
2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time
3. Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
