Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent equestrian facility in Lexington, Virginia is seeking concession staff to join their team!
Concession- Job Summary:
1. $16.00 per hour
2. 10:00am- 9:00pm/closing, Friday & Saturday
3. 10:00am- 6:00/closing, Sunday
4. Concession staff position involves providing optimum dining satisfaction to guests.
5. Duties include but not limited to opening the concession stand, customer service, prepping food, taking orders, stockings, cash register/waitress, cooking, expo of food, front area attendance, serving alcohol, kitchen area cleanliness.
6. Sweeping/mopping/cleaning of kitchen & front service area, kitchen breakdown, dish/pot washing, cleaning grills, fryers, trash removal and general upkeep of concession’s concourse area, etc
7. Personnel are expected to follow all safe food handling procedures in the performance of their duties as well as adhere to all ABC laws
8. Physically demanding- standing, walking, handling, lifting, and moving items that are up to 50 pounds as well as possible long work hours
Concession Qualifications:
1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods of time
3. Background check
