Job Overview:

Peopleguru, a leading provider of Human Capital Management software provider is seeking an HR Consultant to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our sales and marketing team with the development of product and services collateral as well as presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients. You will utilize your expertise in human resources to understand client needs, and present relevant solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Human Capital Management, HR practices, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct assessments to understand client requirements and goals.

· Present and demonstrate PeopleGuru HCM to clients, displaying the benefits and value proposition.

· Develop customized solutions, proposals based on client needs, outlining services, pricing, and implementation timelines.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery services to clients.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify future opportunities and competitive threats.

· Build and nurture long-term relationship with clients, providing ongoing support and consultation.

Education:

· B.S or equivalent is preferred

Qualifications:

· Proven record of accomplishment of success in HR consulting, payroll, time and attendance and/or Human Capital Management software support, implementation, or related services.

· Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

· Proven dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

· Prior experience with HR Digital Transformation projects preferred.

Compensation Package:

Job Type – Full-Time

Compensation – Competitive base salary and bonus plan

Location: Tampa, Florida

Hybrid: Three days in office two remote
