Our client is a national law firm with many practice areas present in most major cities.
They are seeking an entry level Patent/Intellectual Property Litigation Associate and an Associate with 3 years of experience.
The firm has openings in New York City, Northern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Texas (Dallas) and South Florida for a Patent/Intellectual Property Litigation Associate.
Our client's patent and intellectual property litigation practice provides an excellent opportunity for rewarding, interesting, and challenging work in all aspects of litigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve the firm’s clients on intellectual property matters drawing on your expertise and experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should possess a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, for our patent and other intellectual property litigation practice.
Seeking an entry level associate and an associate with 3 years of experience.
Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $315,000, varies with location and is commensurate with experience.
