LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT $60-$70 PER HOUR DURATION : 3 MO 15-30 HRS / WK
Our client, a specialist in the microlearning software space, is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to add to their team.
This is a Contract opportunity that will be ongoing based on client needs.
Pay : $60-$70 / hr, depending on level of experience
Start Date : ASAP
Contract (15-30 hours per week)
Location : Remote
Position Details : As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting learning and development needs assessments, including career pathways, job personas, and employee value proposition (EVP).
The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate data-oriented and tech-oriented landscapes with ease. This role can be fulfilled outside of a full-time position, as long as the hour demands are met.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in Learning and Development in the consulting or education technology industries.
Proven experience building talent strategies for 1000 employee organizations.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including frontline workers, internal stakeholders, and project teams.
Management consulting, software implementation, or similar experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
