Job Description

BryceTech is looking for a Program Analyst to support a DoD client with counter-unmanned systems hardware and software technology experimentation, analysis, transition and managing a growing community of practice and support.

Key Duties

  • The candidate will have familiarity and experience with force protection concepts and technologies.
  • The candidate will have familiarity with DoD’s or an interagency acquisition processes and policies and apply them in execution of project tasks.
  • Familiarity with the development of doctrine and training and incorporating them into technology development cycles.
  • Be able to coordinate, schedule, prepare and facilitate meetings and forums in support of project objectives.
  • The candidate shall independently manage, synchronize, and track multiple, complex, and cross-functional actions in software-based applications.
  • The candidate shall write, review, and staff action papers, studies, policies, and acquisition documents in support of assigned tasks.
  • The candidate shall assist the team with the planning, tracking, and execution of activities such as workgroups, events, and analytic activities.
  • The candidate shall draft, review, staff, file, and update a variety of documents, to include acquisition documentation, memorandums, information and issue papers, briefings, executive summaries, milestone review packages, e-mails, and meeting minutes.
  • The candidate shall provide input to support annual, monthly, and weekly recurring reports.

Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum SECRET level clearance.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree.
  • Candidate should have experience with managing overarching exercise schedules.
  • Candidate should have experience with uncrewed unmanned systems.
  • Requires 2-5, desired 5 years supporting technology or acquisitions program support experience or demonstrated experience developing technology for operational use.
  • An understanding and/or experience managing workgroups and communities of practice.
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Desired experience with Microsoft Office Project
  • Candidate should be a superior writer, with the ability for critical thinking and clear communication.
  • Candidate should demonstrate ability to problem solve and work effectively on multiple tasks with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate shall clearly communicate, orally and in writing, among a variety of audiences.
  • Test & Evaluation, Exercise, Demonstration or Military Operational experience desired.

Additional Information

Pay: starting at $80,000

This is a hybrid position in Alexandria, VA.
