QualificationsTime in Grade: For entry at the GS-14 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-13 or equivalent or higher grade in the Federal Service.Specialized Experience: For entry at the GS-14 level you must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the next lower grade level of GS-13 or at an equivalent level. Specialized experience is defined as the ability to: Lead teams performing research, analysis, and management of DoD programs, functions, and operations. Develop and execute project plans. Gather and analyze data to support planning group activities. Develop recommendations and corrective actions. Work with clients, project stakeholders, and participants to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness as it relates the mission.
