Job Description

The office assistant provides a friendly face and helpful attitude for pre-k-12 students and their parents visiting or calling the KVCS office. Duties include :

Answering phones promptly and professionally

Assisting office supervisor as needed

Administering medications and provide basic first aid to students

Performing related tasks as directed by supervisor

Salary :

Starting at $16.25 and up depending on experience

Qualifications

Must be able to work with multiple competing priorities.

Must be computer literate and proficient with Gmail and Google applications including calendar, sheets and docs.

Two years of college or work-related experience

Familiarity with office environment and working with a team

Must pass a criminal background check before beginning employment.
