Essential Functions will be to assist the HVAC Technicians:

• Serve the clients of the company by expertly servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems and components.
• Test each system after each service or repair is completed prior to leaving the customer's home to make sure that the system is working properly.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers through education and exceptional service. Make sure that the client is 100% happy with all work.
• Perform a thorough and proper inspection of the customer's system to prevent future breakdowns.
• Record the age and type of each system component on every single work order to ensure that the correct technician is sent to the right job.
• Provide customer leads to the Sales Lead Coordinator when identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.
• Maintain vehicles that are neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in residential HVAC service
• Ability to assist in maintaining, diagnosing & repairing residential HVAC systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in being part of a competitive and productive team
• Acceptable driving record and valid license
• Basic HVAC hand/power tools
• Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position
• EPA certified
