Responsibilities : Analyze residential HVAC systems and develop an appropriate cleaning plan Explain the basic HVAC duct cleaning process to homeowners Clean, sanitize, and reassemble HVAC duct systems and dryer vents Identify and suggest products that will improve homeowner’s existing system Offer maintenance contacts and other additional value-added services Evaluate indoor air quality and recommend appropriate products based on results Create a positive customer experience Assist with the design, fabrication, and installation of various ducts and duct fittings Assist with installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment / accessories Perform start-ups on mini split systems, heat pumps and other air conditioning and heating systems and components Qualifications : One (1) or more years of experience in residential duct cleaning and / or residential HVAC installation Strong communication skills and ability to interact with homeowners Technologically savvy with the ability to prepare estimates using a tablet Valid Driver’s License with no major infractions Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold), tight confined spaces, and sit / stand for long periods of time Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spaces Please submit a copy of your resume for consideration.
