Your job requirements will be to clean HVAC duct system and dryer vents and assist with HVAC installation, while providing our customers with a high-quality experience. • Analyze residential HVAC systems and develop an appropriate cleaning plan
• Explain the basic HVAC duct cleaning process to homeowners
• Clean, sanitize, and reassemble HVAC duct systems and dryer vents
• Identify and suggest products that will improve homeowner’s existing system
• Offer maintenance contacts and other additional value-added services
• Evaluate indoor air quality and recommend appropriate products based on results
• Create a positive customer experience
• Assist with the design, fabrication, and installation of various ducts and duct fittings
• Assist with installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment/accessories
• Perform start-ups on mini split systems, heat pumps and other air conditioning and heating systems and components

• One (1) or more years of experience in residential duct cleaning and/or residential HVAC installation
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with homeowners
• Technologically savvy with the ability to prepare estimates using a tablet
• Valid Driver’s License with no major infractions
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to climb ladders, work from heights, work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold), tight confined spaces, and sit/stand for long periods of time
• Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spaces
